Libby is happy to announce her union with Brooks Hawkins to better customize your Property Management experience!
Brooks is a dynamic, experienced, manager and sales professional with a history of overachieving. Upon graduating from the University of Rhode Island, he began his career as a Manager Trainee for a National Rental Car Company. Quickly, he was promoted to Area Manager. Striving to succeed, Brooks soon changes paths and became a sales repres for Bath Fitter. Here, Brooks realized his ability to help clients no matter how large or small the project. His rapport with clients and his effort in customer comfort proved that Brooks could easily adapt to any situation.
In 2010 LKRE invited Brooks and his wife, Liz to join the company. Recognizing his potential for client relationships in the ever-growing property management market, Brooks moved into the position of manager at LKPM. He has an intuitive talent for working in this arena. We are proud to have him heading the management team.
